We have taken every reasonable measure of care to make sure your puppy will be in good health when he/she leaves here. We cannot control what the puppy is exposed after leaving our home so to validate this guarantee you the buyer must have your new puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 business hours of the purchase date stated on this contract. If shipped within 72 business hours of arrival or the contract is VOID. We have a 12 month health guarantee on your puppy's heart, kidneys and liver. If the veterinarian finds anything life threatening with this puppy's heart, kidneys, or liver the puppy will be exchanged providing that the letter from the veterinarian and the puppy is provided to the seller within the first 12 months of their life. This contract is also null and void in the event of an accidental injury, poisoning or negligence of preventive healthcare(all vaccines/heartworm medication must be kept up to date) and the puppy must be returned with all paperwork(contract/registration papers). We will have the puppy checked by our vet. An autopsy must be done by a licensed Vet if the puppy has died and a copy must be sent back to us as well as all the above mentioned paperwork. If these conditions are not met then the Contract is Void and their will not be a replacement. If ever a replacement is deemed necessary, it will be made for the same value, unless buyer wants to pay the difference of a more valuable puppy. There are NO CASH  refunds unless agreed to at time of purchase of said puppy(written on Contract). Also this contract in Non Transferable. Which means if you decided to find a new home for your puppy the contract is Void. If the puppy was shipped then the buyer will pay to ship the puppy back to us we will then pay for the airline to ship the new puppy if a replacement is deemed. Puppies do stress during moves to new homes, change of diet, also over handling can bring on things that are dormant such as but not limited to Worms, Coccidiosis and Giardia which are treatable, and not reasons for return. Puppies are like children; they are susceptible to pneumonia, colds and other infections due to drafts, cold temperatures, etc. Another problem in small puppies is Hypoglycemia, which is brought on by a number of reasons: playing too much with children or adults , change in environment(new home), etc. Small puppies are very fragile and accidents do happen. Every precaution should be exercised in handling small puppies, as their bones are tiny and easily injured. These conditions are ALL THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY.  The seller asumes no responsibility after this puppy leaves these premises for any change of mind of the buyer. People often want to know the exact size, color or personality of a puppy when it is grown. I can only estimate by going by previous litters and the parent’s characteristics. There is no guarantee on size and color of this puppy due to genetics and food intake. All AKC puppies are Limited unless you choose/are approved for Full reg. and pay the extra ; either way if you choose to Breed/ Show your puppy that's fine. However, seller will not be deemed liable if pet is infertile or unfinishable for any reason. The puppy's registration application is guaranteed upon arrival and Buyer is responsible to send off for the papers. Seller is not responsible for any vet bills incurred.
